By accessing or using PredictPoll (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PredictPoll is a prediction markets platform that allows users to trade on the outcomes of real-world events using virtual coins. Key points:

All trading uses virtual coins called Mint
Users receive 2,500 free Mint upon registration
Additional Mint can be purchased with real money
Mint cannot be converted back to real money or exchanged for cash or prizes
The Service is for entertainment and educational purposes only

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must:

Be at least 13 years old
Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
Use only one account per person

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose
Manipulate markets or engage in fraudulent trading
Create multiple accounts to circumvent limits
Harass, abuse, or harm other users
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
Use automated tools or bots without permission

5. Virtual Coins (Mint)

Mint is the virtual currency used on PredictPoll:

All new users receive 2,500 free Mint upon registration
Additional Mint can be purchased with real money
Mint cannot be converted back to real money, withdrawn, or exchanged for cash or prizes
We reserve the right to adjust coin balances to maintain platform integrity
Mint may be awarded, adjusted, or removed at our discretion

6. Market Resolution

Markets are resolved by our administrators based on verifiable sources. Resolution decisions are final. We reserve the right to void markets in cases of ambiguity or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by PredictPoll and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information on the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

PredictPoll shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
